A Chief's Job

The Haunted Inn is very run down. I understand Halo wants to rebuild it, but it has been abandoned for so long that is has become a ruin. However, if he wants it so much, I can probably do something about that. It is a simple, but practical, trick. Kill <HFFFA7272>7 Silk Eyeballs<HFFFFFFFF> on the <HFFFA7272>Pioneer's Road<HFFFFFFFF>. I will use your weapon after it's covered in the blood of Silk Eyeballs. Help me out.

Too little blood will be useless, while too much blood will cause a curse. It needs to be a moderate amount. Come back to me after you kill <HFFFA7272>7 Silk Eyeballs<HFFFFFFFF> on the <HFFFA7272>Pioneer's Road<HFFFFFFFF>.

Um, give me the weapon. I need a second to concentrate.
