Hmm……. I don't know if I can say this to a total stranger, but since you are not from the Tor Fortress I guess it is all right.
It is about Gustof. He has never left this city. Really, does that make sense to you? Think about staying inside this small Tor Fortress for nearly a century. Thanks to that, he has a fear of going outside the city. He wants to go out, but he can't as he fears things that might happen to him outside. Isn't it ridiculous?
So I've been thinking, and perhaps showing him that the outside and inside of the city aren't that much different might do the trick. And since there was that ruckus with the Heavy Torges recently, if we were to show him that those outside the city are also about the same level as those Torges, then he might just steel himself to do it.
So first go to the <HFFFA7272>Area near the Storm Road<HFFFFFFFF> and dispose of <HFFFA7272>24 Heavy Torges<HFFFFFFFF>, and visit <HFFFA7272>Magic Armes Marchand Gustof<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Tor Fortress East<HFFFFFFFF> afterwards.
