The Second Location of the Talisman

I remember now. Another traveler said he saw the same talisman at a different place. It was said to be attached to a tree outside the east gate of the city. He saw someone attach the Talisman of Magic Perpetuation. I hope you can retrieve it.

You don't have to travel far. Don't be lazy. Get me the Talisman of Magic Perpetuation attached to the tree outside the east gate of the city.

This is it. But it cannot be sufficient evidence because although this talisman is expensive, anyone can get it if they have money. So anyone could've attached it to the tree. I will have to go to Magic Wapens Handelaar Lucia and find out the facts. Good job! You can take a break, but don't go far.
