Bear's Glue

I heard that a part of the Portal in the south of Tullan was destroyed. Something must have hit it hard. Though it is still working, the crack on it will completely split it in half if we don't do anything now. So the Mayor ordered me to produce something that can replace the part.
By the way, don't you think we use the Portal too often without really understanding its underlying mechanisms just because it's convenient to use? I feel very strange whenever I use it.

Anyway, I need the glue made from Rare Leather to attach the new part. Please, get <HFFFA7272>1 Rare Leather<HFFFFFFFF> for me. You can get it by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Niveau 3 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> on a Flame Bear near Shump Village.

Oh, you're back already? You're nimbler than I thought. I will use it well.
Oh, of course, thank you so much.
