Neural's Request

I did some research on the mark and found one monster that fits. It's called Halluminel. It is said that this thing is quite strong. Can you handle it? Oh, you can do this? Such great confidence you have. Very well. I have no reason to stop you. I like self-assured people. Haha. Then defeat a Halluminel north of the Path of Glory and take the hair of the Halluminel to Blacksmith Tinkonel in the north central area of Laflesia. Trust yourself. You are a lot stronger than you know. But don't be fooled by arrogance. There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance. May the knowledge of the Elementals bless your path.

This is what Neural told you? Just some monster's hair? Well, it's hard to believe. Not that I don't trust Neura l, of course... Oh, listen to this. I have a better idea.
