If you're late even a little bit, their lives might be forfeit. Kill <HFFFA7272>8 Curse Lupins<HFFFFFFFF> and <HFFFA7272>10 Howling Lupins<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Eastern Square of the Audience Chamber in Asylum<HFFFFFFFF> to secure an escape route.
