Birds' Heaven

I don't have enough evidence, but there is an object that I know of which may be helpful in identification. If you go to Bird's Heaven you'll see that there's a statue. Below it's podium, there is a precious document hidden. Well, let's just say that all of Ellore's knowledge is kept in that document! Please bring me that document.

What are you doing? I really can't stand lazy people. Please bring me the document from the statue which is located near the entrance of Bird's Heaven.

Aha! It was a hundred years ago when I saw this document for the last time! I wouldn't be reading it unless the situation was really severe. I'm sorry but I won't be able to show this to you. Can you please look away for a while?
