Document of the Milieu

Hey, do you know about the Milieu? It's north of Silancium. Long ago it had absolute control over the weather. But, now... well, no one knows much about it. I understand Poppy is looking for an ancient manual about the Milieu, something to explain how it works. I think I know the location of this Document of the Milieu, but it's in Silancium and I'm afraid to go there. You could go get it though. The Document of the Milieu is hidden in a box near the Librarian Pisarena's house at the western end of Delfaras. Bring back that Document.

I'll say it straight. You should steal the Document of the Milieu, hidden inside a box near Librarian Pisarena's house at the western end of Delfaras.

Is this the document? Wow... Looks so magical. Now, how should I give this to Poppy? Ah, you. Thank you.
