Three Wishes?

According to Telecaster, the 卷轴 grants its owner three wishes. But it exacts a price matching the value of the wish and, as a result, it destroys everybody in the end. He ordered me to bring three things, saying that this 卷轴 has magic so strong it can't be destroyed but it can be sealed. First, get <HFFFA7272>1 Bone Staff<HFFFFFFFF> and take it to <HFFFA7272>Magic Trainer Telecaster<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Southeast part of Town<HFFFFFFFF>.

全部 magic has meaning. 3 Bone Staffs acting as Flags can oppress power. I don't exactly know what that means.
Well, get moving. Get <HFFFA7272>1 Bone Staff<HFFFFFFFF> and take it to <HFFFA7272>Magic Trainer Telecaster<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Southeast part of Town<HFFFFFFFF>.

Welcome. You're helping Quentin, right? I'm relieved there's a courageous traveler to help in this quest. Give me the Staffs. Thank you. Oh, don't leave yet. I want you to do something for me.
